AB is a horizontal axis, no odds.
AC is casino odds.
AD represents a player who start by losing. You can see what happen. The player will never catch up under normal playing conditions
AH represents a player who starts by winning. You can see from the chart that the casino odds can easily catch up with him.
How long it takes for the odds to catch up with him is defined by process not time. It depends on whether the player succumb to casino counter-measures as well as his variance if he continue playing.
This is one secret that all successful professional gamblers know but ordinary players do not.
Now, you understand why I say all games with negative expectations are unbeatable long term. As such, they are not suitable for professional gambling.
To play professionally you need to find spots with positive expectation. There are plenty of such spots in professional poker.
